Tracey has worked across the private and public sectors for 25 years, supporting individuals, companies and national initiatives to generate income and participation. These include launching major capital and development destination projects across Scotland, in senior Development positions at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow Science Centre and Dundee Contemporary Arts.
After her last full time role, building Glasgow firm D8 Design as CEO, she has worked for the last eighteen years as consultant to the creative, tourism, cultural and hospitality sectors. She is passionate about supporting SME entrepreneurs and business owners’ growth and change.
Her established network of contacts and peers include many clients with whom she works on an ongoing basis as well as hand-picked Associates to work with her on client projects. Tracey has lectured on the MA Cultural Management at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and uses certified Counselling Skills in consultations with Boards, leaders and teams.
Her own Board positions have included Common Purpose Scotland and Easterhouse Arts Trading Company, strategically advising on profile, new members and income channels.
Over the years we have worked with some brilliant people and continue to do with Vis-à-Vis associates. Contracted colleagues are chosen to bring the right balance of skills and experience to a project and include experts to advise and/or deliver digital comms, design & illustration, legal and HR advice, PR and costs-management.
