An Lanntair
An Lanntair is a much-loved arts centre in the town of Stornoway in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, home to a cinema and art gallery. We helped think through the product options and financial and logistic implication and targets of a new e-commerce offering.
The business planning allowed us to work closely with the team to understand aims, parameters and short and long term financial goals, keeping in line with resources and the overall purpose of An Lanntair, reflecting their commitment to their communities.
We assessed the customer profile and articulating the segmented users of the site and their habits/tastes to inform the product mix. By establishing a product mix according to value range, usp and essence of An Lanntair, we helped reflect the visitor appetite and the practicality of delivering the items to customers; delivery, storage and the team resource.
The project included advice regarding the management of allocated team members for the operation and the functionality of the system, along with Bauholz Design – to include the communication of the site to new and existing audiences, the best ways to launch the service.
