Feral Arts
Feral produce and support a diverse community of independent artists working across the visual theatre and outdoor arts sector in Scotland. They seek and produce a portfolio of artists, tour work here and abroad, organise festivals and develop creative residencies.
Founded in 2015, the two incredible, inspiring Directors were assisted with their 3-5 year business plan, taking the company to new levels of activity and exposure.
Our planning process and facilitation was tailored specifically for them to address their needs and skills and empower them to undertake this current period of creative expansion and organisational confidence. We’ll enjoy watching them become an ever-more impactful organisation in the coming years.
