For NVA we worked with the Director and team to establish a vision of the St Peter Seminary visitor experience, in line with business planning, audience and income requirements.
With a view to submitting Heritage Lottery Funding application, we guided facilitation with stakeholders, local community representatives and the funding bodies to establish the ideal and effective visitor offer. The resulting strategic plan involved us leading the examination of NVA’s core brand ethos, right through to brief creation, design team selection and the new identity, Hinterland. The St Peter’s project is on hold in pursuit of a new funding dream for this amazing site.
