SCAN – Scottish Contemporary Art Network 

SCAN asked to undertake sessions with a wide variety of over 30 organisations across the country, to guide business planning and preparation for national funding applications. Sessions incorporated vision, mission and values, devising programme along with operational needs, human and financial resource planning, communication and audiences and risk management.

Our work is ongoing with this essential organisation, helping shape and grow the intelligence, support and advocacy for Scotland’s visual art world.
