Following a merging of departments, Strathclyde University asked us to work with their newly formed team, identifying their achievements and strengths to rationalise a sharper end-to-end service; turning the entrepreneurial ideas of students and lecturers into reality.
Our process of facilitation allowed them a greater internal understanding among them of priorities, opportunities and how to proceed; what services to create or change and how best to communicate this within and outside the organisation.
An invaluableĀ service is provided to the undergrads, staff and alumni. This department connects imagination, learning and the university experience with real world commerce, ensuring strong concepts can get to the marketplace.
