The Common Guild

This valued ongoing relationship began at The Common Guild’s inception with our work on audience development and marketing. We were asked to undertake a strategic positioning and options appraisal informing the organisation’s aspiration, curatorial mission and establishing the trajectory of future growth.

The detailed process involved visitor data analysis, team interviews and devising several workshops to obtain vital input from target users and peers. This fed into  our evidence-based conclusions informing options for the Advisory Board.
